CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer, the relevant provisions in the Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between Monami Cosmetics and the Buyer remain valid.
These conditions are available on www.miaklinika.com (“Site”). They have been prepared to inform visitors and customers (“Buyers”) about the cancellation and return of products ordered through the Site.
You may return the products you ordered from mia klinika within 14 days, provided that the packaging has not been opened and that you have obtained approval from our customer service. After your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected. Once confirmed as unopened, your payment will be refunded to your bank account.
Before accepting packages that appear damaged during shipment, please open and inspect them in the presence of the courier representative. If any damage is detected, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the courier company. Please note that if you do not request a report, it will be deemed that the courier company has fulfilled its obligations.
If any damage, breakage, tearing, use, or other deterioration is detected and the product is not returned in the same condition as delivered, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
If you return a product, the process will be completed within seven (7) business days after the product is received by our warehouse. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within five (5) business days. Please note that your bank may reflect the refund on your account in the next statement period.
For any product-related complaints after delivery, please contact our customer service representative by emailing miaklinika@gmail.com. If it is determined that the issue was not caused by user error, appropriate compensation or replacement will be provided.
