PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform you, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, regarding your order placed through the website miaklinika.com. Monami Kozmetik Pazarlama ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Monami Kozmetik”) offers various products, services, and features through the website miaklinika.com.
All purchases and services provided through this website are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood all the information provided on the website — including product specifications, prices, payment methods, delivery details, return and withdrawal procedures — and have given electronic confirmation, thereby entering into a payment obligation.
1. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The essential characteristics of the goods and services subject to this contract, including their total sales price (with taxes, shipping, and other applicable costs, if any), are clearly displayed on the Payment Page of miaklinika.com, which is presented to the Buyer before completing payment.
Please read all product information, labels, warnings, and instructions carefully before use.
After the contract between the BUYER and SELLER is established, a copy of this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement will be sent to the Buyer’s registered e-mail address or postal address, as applicable.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all personal and payment information provided in this form and in the Distance Sales Agreement. In case of any inaccuracy, the Buyer must update the relevant information through their account on https://www.miaklinika.com.

5. TOTAL PRICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The total price of the product, including all applicable taxes, is displayed on the Payment Page.
In addition to the total price, all shipping, delivery, and other additional costs (if any) — or information stating that such costs may apply — are also provided on the Payment Page.
These amounts will be charged to the credit, debit, or gift card selected by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Please note that your bank may organize promotional campaigns, such as offering a higher number of installments or deferring installment payments. Such campaigns are entirely at the discretion of your bank.
All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by applicable law.
6. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed on weekdays are generally shipped within 48 hours, while those placed on weekends are shipped within 72 hours on average.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are calculated independently of the product’s value or quantity.
7. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Except for cases specified by law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw. You can submit your request by creating a return request through the My Orders page on our website.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt electronically.
It is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and return the product within the period defined below.
8. EFFECTS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 10 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged for such refunds.
Products must be returned within 10 days following the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw, as specified in our Delivery and Return Policy.
9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
a) Contracts relating to goods or services whose prices fluctuate depending on financial market conditions beyond the control of the Seller,
b) Goods produced in line with the Buyer’s personal preferences or customized according to specific requests,
c) Goods that may perish quickly or have an expiration date,
d) Goods whose protective packaging (seal, tape, or wrapping) has been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons,
e) Goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other items and cannot be separated by nature,
f) Books, digital content, or computer consumables provided in physical form, if their protective packaging has been opened after delivery,
g) Delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except those provided under a subscription contract,
h) Accommodation, transportation, car rental, catering, and leisure service contracts to be performed on a specific date or period,
ı) Electronic services performed instantly or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer,
i) Services that have begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.

If no resolution can be reached, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts as authorized by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
